Information on Legislative Decree ex art. 13 196/2003

Pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30th June 2003 (“Code relating to the protection of personal data”) this information outlines the protection of persons and of other subjects with respect to personal data processing. In accordance with the aforementioned regulation, the handling of your personal data shall be based on the principles of correctness, legality and transparency and the protection of your confidentiality and rights.

Pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30th June 2003, we would like to inform you of the following:


1. Purposes and methods of data handling

Personal data shall be handled exclusively for purposes strictly connected and instrumental to the performance of the requested service:

-for the insertion of data in the company’s computer database;

-to provide the desired information.

The data will be handled using paper and computerised form by the data controller, the manager and the employees observing every cautionary measure that guarantees its security and confidentiality.


2. Nature of the data collection and consequences of any lack of consent

The consent for handling your personal data is essential for the purpose of fulfilling your requests as well as the provisions of law in general. If consent is not granted, the requested service cannot be provided.


3. Communication and disclosure of data

Your personal data may be disclosed to our collaborators and employees who are responsible for the relative tasks for the aforementioned purposes; the collected data shall not be disclosed to third parties.


4. Rights of the interested party

The interested party can exercise their rights regarding the data controller at any time in accordance with art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30th June 2003, as provided below for your convenience.  

The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of whether personal data relating to them exists and request their disclosure in intelligible form.  

The interested party has the right to obtain information

a) about the origin of the personal data;

b) about the purposes and methods of processing;

c) about the logic applied in the event of electronic processing;

d) about the identity of the data controller, pursuant to article 5, paragraph 2;

The interested party has the right to obtain:

a) the updating, amendment or, if desired, the integration of the data;

b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or the obstruction of data processed in breach of the law, including those not necessary to keep in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;

The interested party has the right to oppose, all or in part:

a) for legitimate reasons relating to personal data processing that concerns them, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection;

b) the processing of personal data that relates to them for the purposes of sending publicity or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or sales communication.

The rights referred to in article 7 may be exercised by making an informal request to the data controller.
